Refund Policy
Medication Advocate is a service based company that charges for services rendered. We do not sell products or merchandise. Our services are typically completed once we terminate the phone call or you have checked out from our website. Once our services are completed, there are no items to 'Return'.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. In the event that your patient assistance application was rejected due to an outdated application, we will provide you with a new application at no charge. You must send Medication Advocate the pharmaceutical companies' rejection notice along with the reason via mail, email or fax.
In cases where a refund may be necessary, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your refund.
Refunds cannot be given for any applications that have been printed.
